Stylish, sophisticated, and sleek, Mayer Brown’s new LA branch has won the 2023 Southern California Best Project. ENR California commends the firm’s efforts to make the space feel vast, the constructional challenges that were tackled during the pandemic, and the additional features such as the water installation that gives the office an almost other-worldly touch.

The office is built on the 34th and 35th floor of the building, uses two finishes, and two types of glazing. Linode. Philadelphia. PA. 2017

Linode, a rapidly growing cloud hosting provider in Philadelphia, PA needed new offices but wanted to make sure they matched the unique character of the business. They found everything they needed and more in the iconic Corn Exchange Bank building. With MIMO glass walls system and innovative designs, Linode was able to create a stunning, unique, naturally lit, modern office that far surpasses the boring, boxy alternatives.
